TapXO Terms of Use

By using TapXO, you agree to use the app lawfully, follow the Community Guidelines, and respect other players.
Community access requires explicit acceptance of the current version of these Terms and the Community Guidelines after applicable family and age checks. Acceptance of an older version expires when the in-app policy version changes.
Service
TapXO provides local games and optional online play backed by Supabase: accounts, quick matches, friend challenges with Elo ratings, ranks and levels, and moderated chat with direct messages. Features may change, be rate limited, or be unavailable, and delivery of any message or notification is not guaranteed.
Accounts
Online play requires a TapXO account created with an email address or an Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of your age information, for keeping your credentials to yourself, and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time under Me → Manage account or through the support page.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you send. Do not share illegal or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, harass other players, or use TapXO to harm another person. Message requests to people who have not added you are a privilege for adult accounts and must not be used for spam or unwanted contact.
Chat and moderation
Chat messages are transmitted over TLS, stored on TapXO servers, and reviewed by server-side moderation rules and, where needed, moderation staff. TapXO chat is not a private encrypted messenger. Violations can lead to removed content, strikes, mutes, restriction of social features, or account termination. You can block accounts and report accounts and messages in the app.
Fair play
Ratings, ranks, and levels reflect real match results. Do not manipulate matchmaking, farm ratings with coordinated accounts, or exploit defects; TapXO may correct ratings and restrict accounts that do.
Third-party services
Online play, accounts, notifications, hosting, and app distribution rely on third parties — including Apple, Google, Supabase, and Render — and their terms.

TapXO is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, message delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or absolute security.
