TapXO is for friendly games. You may not use it for threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, impersonation, scams, spam, doxxing, malware, or illegal activity.
Community access requires explicit acceptance of the current version of these Guidelines and the Terms of Use after applicable family and age checks. Acceptance of an older version expires when the in-app policy version changes.
Your safety controls
Block stops another account's messages, message requests, and challenges from reaching you. Report is available on any account and any message and sends the reported content to TapXO moderation. Declining a message request deletes it, and an unanswered request deletes itself after 48 hours.
How moderation works
All chat — match chat, friend messages, and message requests — is stored on TapXO servers and checked by server-side moderation rules. Rule violations earn strikes; strikes lead to mutes, and repeated or severe violations lead to loss of social features or the account. Moderation staff review reported content and can act on anything the rules missed. Moderation actions apply to the account, so a mute follows you across conversations.
Message requests
Only adult accounts can send message requests to people who have not added them. A request must stand on its own: no spam, no solicitation, no repeated requests to someone who declined. Sending unwanted requests after a decline is treated as harassment.
Parents and younger players
Chat and emotes are off by default for children under 13 and require adult action to enable. Child accounts never receive message requests from strangers. Never share an address, school, phone number, password, financial information, or real-time whereabouts in chat.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, responses may include removing content, strikes, mutes, removing social features, rating corrections, or account termination. Enforcement decisions can be raised with support, but abusive conduct is never excused by the outcome of a game.
