TapXO Support
Help for TapXO games, accounts, and online play.
Signing in
Online play uses a TapXO account: sign up with an email address or continue with Apple or Google. Local games against the computer or a friend on the same device work without an account. If a sign-in fails, check the address for typos and look for the confirmation email in spam before retrying.
Playing friends
Add a friend by entering their friend code from Me, then send them a challenge from your friends list — or use Quick Match to be paired with another player. Rated games adjust your Elo rating, and your profile shows your ranks and levels per game.
Message requests
A message from someone who is not your friend arrives as a message request. It waits for 48 hours: accept it to start the conversation, or decline or ignore it and it is deleted. Only adult accounts can send or receive message requests, and message text is never shown on your lock screen.
Safety help
Use a message's menu to report or block, and an account's profile to block or report the account. Blocking stops that person's messages, message requests, and challenges. Reports go to TapXO moderation; chat is also checked continuously by server-side moderation rules, and violations can lead to strikes and mutes. Parents manage a child's chat and emotes from the parental controls.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app under Me → Manage account → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request through the support form below from the email address on the account.
Contact
Email support@tapxoo.com or use the monitored Digit Fusion support form and identify the app as TapXO at the start of your request. Include your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue. Never send your password or other sensitive personal information in a support request.
