Getting help

Email support@tapxoo.com with your device, its iOS or Android version, and what happened. If you have a display name on the rich list, include it.

Building the tower

Tap the price on ADD NEW FLOOR to build the next kitchen, and tap any floor to upgrade it. Each floor goes up ten levels. The cashier at street level raises what every floor earns.

Main Street and your businesses

Tap CITY to walk out onto Main Street. Tap a building to walk in, or walk to an empty lot and open a cafe, bakery, diner, pizza place or grocery. Tap a shop front to step into its dining room, and tap its kitchen counter to manage staff, supplies and prices.

The inbox

INBOX holds to-dos (payroll, orders, bills) and decisions (inspections, critics, repairs). Each has a deadline; one left past it takes its worst outcome, even while the app is closed.

Money trouble

Cash can go below zero. The bank charges interest, and after a few months overdrawn it forecloses on your most valuable business. Earn it back, sell a floor, or take a loan to get above zero.

Your district

Players on the rich list share a district. Rival shops of the same type take some of your customers, other owners can bid for your leases, and foreclosed businesses are auctioned. The District page shows anything that needs your answer.

Reporting or blocking a name

Every online page (rich list, league, guild, district) has Report or block a name at the bottom. Blocking hides a name on your device. Reports come to us; a name reported by three different players is taken down straight away, and we review every report. You can also email us.

Saves and your account

Your progress is saved on your device and backed up online to an anonymous account, so it survives a lost phone. Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings > Account to move it to another device. You can turn cloud backup off there too.

Deleting your account and data

In the game: Settings > Account > Delete account, then tap again to confirm. This permanently deletes your account and every record of it on our servers: the cloud save, your display name and rich list place, league, guild and district entries, and any sign-in email. Deleting the app then removes the copy on your device.

Without the app: email support@tapxoo.com with the subject "Delete my Sushi Tower account" and your display name or the email you signed in with. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Time away

Months keep passing while the app is closed, for up to eight hours: sales come in, bills go out and deadlines run. The "While you were away" report shows what happened.

Ads and purchases

There are none. Every coin and gem is earned by playing.
